The rooftop pool and bar are delightful.

The breakfast selection was very limited, leaving me wishing for more options. Additionally, the staff seemed poorly trained, not even knowing basic drink choices. I also encountered issues with cleanliness, like no washcloths or bathroom amenities replaced during my stay.

I loved walking just a few steps to the National Gallery of Jamaica and exploring the lush Sir William Grant Park, both of which were a highlight of my stay and made discovering Kingston so enjoyable. the friendly staff also enhanced the experience by making sure everything went smoothly during my visit.

Fantastic location, attentive staff who ensured all our needs were met, and a comfortable double room that included excellent amenities like wi-fi and a fitness centre, making our overnight stay enjoyable and convenient just 4 km from the nearest airport.

Had my fair share of inconveniences here. The check-in felt chaotic. I ended up in a room that resembled a basement more than a suite, with a view of the garage. The bathroom could have used a deeper clean, as it just didn’t feel right. Also, it took an eternity for food orders to arrive at the restaurant, adding to the frustration of underwhelming menu options. To top it all, I felt a tad uneasy about the surrounding neighborhood. definitely not the best area to wander around at night.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area with great views of the waterfront. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, which was clean and featured a very comfortable bed. The pool area was well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of high-quality options.

The shower had several issues with water temperature and flow.

Request the mini fridge be stocked daily to ensure you have enough water, especially on hot days.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The gym was well-equipped and clean. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The views from the pool area were stunning. 😄
